Christmas Texas Scramble Open – Monday 29th December 2025
Despite the cold late-December conditions, the Christmas Texas Scramble Open on Monday, 29th December 2025, proved to be a hugely enjoyable and well-supported event.
It was fantastic to see such a strong turnout, plenty of festive spirit, and some excellent golf played across the course.
Thank you to everyone who took part and helped make the day such a success. The Texas Scramble format once again delivered close scoring, with just over a stroke separating the top five teams after handicaps were applied.

- Gross 59 – Handicap 5.125 = 53.875
- 2nd Place - Sam Jones, Phil Priest, Mike Daniels & Ben Jones (Halesowen)
- Gross 60 – Handicap 6.0 = 54.0
- 3rd Place - Keith Truby, Andy Truby, Mark Quigley (HGC) & Frazer Rose (Bloxwich)
- Gross 60 – Handicap 5.25 = 54.75
- 4th Place - The Captain, Tony Bryan, Bob Willetts & Lewis Watson (HGC)
- Gross 58 – Handicap 3.125 = 54.875 (Best back 9)
- 5th Place - Luke Bryan (HGC), Corey Kirnan, Lee Nolan & Evan Lewis (Droitwich)
- Gross 60 – Handicap 5.125 = 54.875
Congratulations to all prize winners, and well played to everyone who braved the winter conditions and kept the competition close right to the end.
